Marton Library members swap books for wildflowers

Members of Marton Library joined Sue Antrobus  and the Friends of Fairy Dell for a spring woodland walk down Fairy Dell on the 29th April. It was a beautiful morning to enjoy the Dell. We walked down the new path which follows the recently exavated Mediaeval Trodd, which is flanked with primroses in full flower. So many different shades of green, so we captured the beauty of making “nature pallets” All you need to do yourself is some double sides carpet tape and card board.

To find out more about the wildlife and history of Fairy Dell visit the Friends of Fairy Dell comprehensive website and follow Friends of Fairy Dell on Facebook.
